**Cancellation and Modifications for Individual Bookings**
In accordance with hotel policy, changes or cancellations to bookings may be made without penalty. However, if a reservation is canceled or the length of stay is shortened, all nights booked will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of reservation. Please be advised that no refunds will be issued for 'No-Shows.' Additionally, in the rare event that the Congress is canceled, accommodation costs may not be refunded.
