REGISTRATION RATE
All registration rates in THAI BAHT are applicable to a specific group of healthcare professionals in the gynecologic field and related areas.
DISCOUNT RATE
Member of the Asia-Pacific Association for Gynecologic Endoscopy and Minimally Invasive Therapy (APAGE) benefit from a 20% discount on the applicable registration rate above. Please note that a document to prove your eligibility is a necessary requirement to register at a discounted rate.
GROUP RATE
Group registration is available for entities consisting of a minimum of ten participants. To initiate the registration process for a group, the designated contact person should reach out to registration@meetingroom.co.th for access to the group booking form.

ONLINE PAYMENT
For your convenience, all registration payments should be made through our secure online registration system. Upon successful payment, a registration confirmation letter will be promptly sent to your email. Please ensure that your email address is accurately provided during the online registration process.
Once you have registered online, delegates can make the payment through our online payment gateway via credit card (Master/Visa).
CANCELLATION

If, for any reason, you are unable to attend and require a refund, simply notify the conference organizer by email at registration@meetingroom.co.th. Our team will guide you through the cancellation process with ease. All cancellation requests must be received by email before April 18th, 2025. All cancellations are subject to a 200 THB retention fee before being refunded to the registered delegate.

All cancellations will be processed within 30 days after the conference ends. A similar mode of transfer will be adopted for a refund as the funds have been received.

Please note that we have a strict no cash refund policy for any cancellations. All refunds will be processed through the same mode of transfer as the original payment.
